Zhen Luo, PhD in Biology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2019, has worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the School of Medicine and the School of Agriculture and Biology of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research interests include molecular mechanism of oxidative stress and nutrient regulation, and development of plant active ingredients. Has published more than 20 papers in renowned international journals such as the Journal of Translational Medicine, Animal Nutrition, Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety, American Journal of Physiology-Cell Physiology during last 5 years, won the second Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award in 2017 and the second Prize of China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Achievement Award in 2018.
